Japan earthquake traps people inside Kumamoto shopping centre

A magnitude 7.1 earthquake struck Japan, trapping people inside the Aeon Mall in Kumamoto. Some reports indicate there was an explosion at the shopping centre following the quake. The full extent of casualties and damage is still being established.
