Sławomir Patyra sworn in as Constitutional Tribunal judge after weeks of delay
Sławomir Patyra was sworn in before President Karol Nawrocki and took office as a judge of Poland's Constitutional Tribunal. The constitutional law expert had previously written to the president twice requesting a date for the ceremony, noting that several dozen days had passed since his election by the Sejm without any response. The swearing-in completed the final formality required to assume the post.
