Polish Air Navigation Services Agency contests asset seizure in Pfizer vaccine dispute

Poland's Air Navigation Services Agency (PAŻP) has filed a formal objection in Brussels against the seizure of its assets in connection with a multi-billion-euro dispute over Covid-19 vaccine contracts involving Pfizer. A court is scheduled to hear the Polish case on 18 August. The involvement of the air navigation agency adds an unexpected dimension to the vaccine contract dispute.
