Constitutional Tribunal rules same-sex marriage transcript regulation unconstitutional
The Constitutional Tribunal, sitting with President Bogdan Święczkowski and judges Stanisław Piotrowicz and Wojciech Sych, ruled that a regulation by the Ministry of Digitalisation and the Ministry of Interior on the transcription of foreign same-sex marriage certificates is unconstitutional. The complaint was filed by a group of PiS MPs.
