Draft law proposes compensation for tourism businesses hit by bear or wolf scares

MP Bartosz Romowicz of Poland 2050 is set to submit a bill to the Sejm this week that would entitle tourism businesses to compensation for lost income caused by cancelled reservations due to the presence of predators such as bears or wolves nearby. The proposal is an amendment to the nature protection act.
