Wrocław attack on Ukrainian couple: gang member and football hooligan charged

One of two men suspected of brutally beating a Ukrainian couple in Wrocław was brought before the Psie Pole District Prosecutor's Office, where he was formally charged. Both suspects have ties to criminal and football hooligan circles.
