Constitutional Tribunal rules same-sex marriage transcription unconstitutional — unanimous verdict
Poland's Constitutional Tribunal unanimously ruled that the transcription of foreign same-sex marriage certificates into Polish civil records is unconstitutional. TK President Bogdan Święczkowski announced the unanimous verdict. The case was brought to the Tribunal by PiS MPs challenging a regulation issued by the Ministry of Digitalisation and the Ministry of Interior.
