EU accommodation prices up 46.5% in five years – Croatia leads with +92%

Accommodation prices across the European Union have risen by an average of 46.5% over the past five years, according to an analysis by Finax experts. Croatia recorded the steepest increase at 92.2%, while Greece and Spain saw rises of around 70%. The pace of price growth has outstripped general inflation in the EU.
