Tax authority audits B2B contracts in IT and consulting — back taxes up to 5 years

Poland's National Revenue Administration (KAS) has quietly launched mass audits of entrepreneurs working under B2B contracts, targeting the IT and consulting sectors. Tax officials are assessing back taxes with interest going up to five years retroactively.
