Gen. Król: Polish military building new wartime command structure

General Krzysztof Król, the Polish Chief of Staff's representative for wartime command systems, has outlined a reform of Poland's armed forces command structure. The key principle is a seamless transition from deterrence to active defence without reorganising command structures mid-crisis. The reform, covering new branch commands, is set to enter parliamentary proceedings.
