Expert: Putin Wages "Asymmetric War" on Europe Below the Threshold of Open Conflict

Lt. Col. Maciej Korowaj, an analyst of Russian military affairs, told the "Onet Rano" programme that Putin's goal is sustained hybrid pressure on European countries below the threshold of open war.
