"Gradiva" and "Unexpected" — two Cannes hits reviewed at Nowe Horyzonty
Two award-winning films from this year's Cannes are being screened at the Tauron Nowe Horyzonty festival: Marine Atlan's "Gradiva," winner of the Grand Prix at the International Critics' Week, and Ryûsuke Hamaguchi's "Unexpected," honoured for the performances of Tao Okamoto and Virginie Efiry. Critics Maciej Satora and Łukasz Mańkowski review both titles. "Gradiva" follows two friends on a coming-of-age trip to Naples, filled with heartbreak and new experiences.
