PiS pushes for fuel tax cuts; Tusk floats regulated prices

PiS MPs called on parliament to pass their bill cutting VAT and excise duty on fuel. Prime Minister Donald Tusk said the government may introduce regulated fuel prices for at least the final two weeks of the summer holidays if global oil prices rise again. Both sides are responding to public concern about rising fuel costs during the peak holiday season.
