Bumper chanterelle season in Poland — foragers share impressive finds

Polish forests are seeing an unusually abundant season for chanterelles (Cantharellus cibarius). Foragers are sharing photos of exceptionally large specimens on social media. Chanterelles are among the most prized edible mushrooms in Poland and are widely gathered throughout the summer.
