Twenty Tours de France through the lens: a photographer's inside story
Photographer Pete Goding has covered the Tour de France for twenty editions, from the Lance Armstrong era to the present day. In a photo essay he shares the behind-the-scenes reality of documenting the world's biggest cycling race, which this year again finishes in Paris. His first assignment captured Armstrong on the Champs-Élysées, shot on a film SLR camera.
