Łódź woman caught driving in Panaszewo with 2.6 per mille alcohol level

Police in Panaszewo, in the Poddębice commune, stopped a Volkswagen after it was caught speeding in a built-up area. The 35-year-old driver from Łódź was found to have a blood alcohol level of 2.6 per mille. Three intoxicated passengers were also in the vehicle.

Should driving with such a high blood alcohol level carry a mandatory prison sentence?
