Poland to publish digital tax draft law in July

Deputy Prime Minister and digitisation minister Krzysztof Gawkowski confirmed on TVN24 that a draft digital services tax bill will be published in July. He dismissed Donald Trump's threats against countries introducing such a tax, asking rhetorically whether Poland is "second-tier" compared to Spain, France, the UK, Austria and Italy, which have already done so.
