A specialist at the newly opened neurosurgery ward of the heavily indebted Voivodeship Specialist Hospital in Lublin issued invoices exceeding 200,000 złoty in a single month, according to Radio ZET. The hospital is one of the most indebted medical facilities in Poland. The record contractor fees have sparked controversy given the institution's financial difficulties.
