Hiker walks 16 km with trekking pole pierced through his torso on Montana mountain

David Cifaldi was injured while climbing Granite Peak in the US state of Montana. Despite a trekking pole pierced through his torso, he managed to walk approximately 16 km back to his car under his own power before being taken to hospital.
