Kuczmiowski's lawyer seeks to annul EU arrest warrant, citing Brexit

The lawyer defending Michał Kuczmiowski, former head of the RARS government reserves agency, has filed a motion at a Warsaw district court to have the European Arrest Warrant against his client annulled. The argument is that following Brexit, the ENA has no legal force regarding a person residing in the United Kingdom.
