End of ultra-cheap China parcels: €3 fee per shipment hits Polish shoppers

A new charge of €3 per item line on parcels from China has sharply raised the cost of shopping on platforms such as AliExpress and Temu for Polish consumers. Compounding the problem, customs duties and VAT are not refunded on returned goods, contributing to a double-digit drop in the number of parcels arriving from China.
