Sikorski proposes capping public sector pay at the president's salary

Deputy Prime Minister Radosław Sikorski has proposed that no public sector employee should earn more than the President of Poland. Economist Cezary Szymanek warns the measure would trigger a brain drain from state institutions, creating a cheaper but dysfunctional public administration.
