Kuczmierowski's lawyer invokes Ziobro case, seeks to lift arrest warrant
The lawyer for Michał Kuczmierowski, former head of Poland's Government Strategic Reserves Agency, confirmed that his client is in the United Kingdom and complying with imposed obligations while awaiting the outcome of extradition proceedings. A motion to lift the arrest warrant has been filed with the court. The defence lawyer drew a parallel with the case of former Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro.
