Judge Orders Trump Trust to Hand Over Financial Records in BBC Defamation Case
U.S. Magistrate Judge Enjoliqué Aytch Lett has ruled that Donald Trump's trust must provide financial documents from his businesses to the BBC. The network is defending itself against a $10 billion defamation lawsuit filed by the president. The judge granted part of the BBC's motion to compel document production but limited the scope of the subpoena.
