Apple sued after fake Bitcoin wallet app costs users nearly $2 million

Three Apple customers have filed a lawsuit against the company after a fraudulent cryptocurrency wallet app slipped through App Store review and drained their Bitcoin holdings. The losses across the three plaintiffs total nearly $2 million. This is not the first time Apple has faced legal action over a scam crypto app making it onto its platform.
