Morawiecki says he will step down as ECR leader "perhaps very soon"

Mateusz Morawiecki announced he intends to step down as chairman of the European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR). He said he could do so "perhaps even very soon," while adding he would reconsider if asked to stay. He gave no specific date for his departure.
