Obscured Releasing acquires North American rights to SXSW horror 'Ugly Cry'

Obscured Releasing has acquired North American distribution rights to the psychological horror comedy "Ugly Cry," which made its world premiere at SXSW. The film marks the directorial debut of actress Emily Robinson, known for "Eighth Grade." The deal was negotiated by Yellow Veil Pictures and representatives of Obscured Releasing.
