Wrocław: two repeat offenders arrested for brutal attack on Ukrainian couple

Wrocław police arrested two men suspected of a brutal attack on a Ukrainian couple. Both suspects are well known to police as repeat offenders with multiple prior criminal records. Police released details of the case following the arrests.
