'Derry Girls' Creator Lisa McGee Sets New Jersey Comedy 'Wildwood' at FX

BAFTA Award-winning Derry Girls creator Lisa McGee has set her new comedy Wildwood at FX and 20th Television in a competitive deal. It marks her first project set outside the UK, taking place in New Jersey. The show is described as a spiritual successor to Derry Girls, which followed a group of Irish teenage schoolgirls in the mid-1990s.
