Świątek and Ruud enter US Open mixed doubles, a year after reaching the final

Iga Świątek and Casper Ruud have entered the mixed doubles draw at the US Open, one year after the Polish-Norwegian pair reached the final. As in the previous season, the mixed doubles tournament will be the headline event of the so-called Fan Week that precedes the main competition.
