Lawyer Files Motion to Lift European Arrest Warrant for Ex-RARS Chief
Lawyer Adam Gomoła has submitted a motion to the Warsaw District Court seeking to lift the European Arrest Warrant issued against Michał Kuczmierowski, former head of the Government Strategic Reserves Agency. Gomoła argues the warrant is moot and should be removed from legal circulation.
