Homer's translator on Nolan's Odyssey: "I would be ashamed of that script"
Emily Wilson, the acclaimed translator of Homer's Odyssey, has launched a sharp attack on Christopher Nolan's film adaptation of the epic. She described the script as "abysmal" and criticised the absence of sex scenes that feature prominently in the source text. Wilson said she would be ashamed to have her name associated with the project.
