NFZ to overhaul spa resort rules from new year, tying therapy to specific conditions

Poland's National Health Fund (NFZ) is set to introduce new rules for spa resorts and health spa hospitals from the start of the new year. The reforms will tie therapeutic programmes more closely to patients' specific medical conditions and place greater emphasis on natural healing resources. The changes are aimed at improving the effectiveness of spa-based treatment in Poland.
