Chile captures fugitive convicted of murdering folk singer Victor Jara

Chile has captured Nelson Haase, one of those convicted over the kidnapping and murder of folk singer Victor Jara following the 1973 military coup. Jara was an iconic Chilean folk singer who was killed shortly after Pinochet's regime seized power. Haase had been a fugitive.
