Second shooting at US consulate in Toronto this year — suspect still at large

Shots were fired at the US consulate in Toronto for the second time this year. Police engaged in a high-speed car chase but failed to arrest the suspect, who remains at large. Three people were arrested in June following a similar attack at the same location.
