Searches for pet-friendly rentals drop despite new tenancy law changes

Searches for pet-friendly rental properties have fallen following recent changes to tenancy law. Estate agents say some renters wrongly believe the new rules automatically guarantee them the right to keep a pet, when in fact a landlord's permission is still required.
