Poland to Tighten Penalties for Illegal Off-Road Driving in Forests and Theft of Greenery

Poland's Council of Ministers is set to consider on Tuesday a bill tightening penalties for forest damage, including unauthorised entry by quad bikes and theft of forest greenery. The government will also examine proposed regulations to tighten the registration system for yachts and small watercraft. The changes aim to better protect Polish forests from vandalism and illegal activity.
