Chwalińska returns in Toronto — coach Machovsky did not travel to Canada

Maja Chwalińska is returning to competition at the WTA 1000 tournament in Toronto, where she will play in the second round on 4 or 5 August, after a injury sustained in London. The 24-year-old from Bielsko-Biała travelled to Canada without her long-time coach Jaroslav Machovsky, who has worked with her for over six years. Her manager Piotr Szczypka confirmed his absence on "Polski-Tenis.pl" without giving a reason.
