Nitro-Chem and BAE Systems form joint venture to boost 155 mm ammunition output

On 27 July, Polish company Nitro-Chem and British defence giant BAE Systems signed a letter of intent at the MESKO SA facility in Kraśnik, Lublin region, to establish a joint venture. The partnership will focus on producing energetic materials and expanding Poland's 155 mm artillery ammunition manufacturing capacity under the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ). Progress on PGZ's production sovereignty in this area was also presented at the event.
