Paris knife attack: three women wounded, attacker shouted "Allahu Akbar"

A knife attack in Paris on Monday left three women injured, two of them seriously. The attacker reportedly shouted "Allahu Akbar" during the assault. An off-duty police officer helped detain the suspect. The attack follows a similar incident in Berlin.
