Ziobro Extradition Request Sent to Washington — Long US Legal Process Ahead

Poland's extradition request for former justice minister Zbigniew Ziobro has been sent to Washington. The process must pass through the State Department, the Justice Department, a federal court, and the Secretary of State's office — it can be halted at any stage. Seven of the original charges were dropped before the request was submitted.
