Prof. Meissner: no civilisations like ours exist in the observable universe
Prof. Krzysztof A. Meissner of the University of Warsaw's Physics Faculty told Onet that he is convinced no other civilisations comparable to humanity exist in the observable universe. He noted that if the universe is infinite, infinitely many chances for life may exist, but the only certainties are the laws of physics. Meissner also runs his own popular-science YouTube channel.
