Morawiecki plotted to take over PiS or found new party with 40 MPs, book reveals

A former PiS MP quoted in the book "Chłopcy z ferajny. Największa afera w polskiej polityce" (published October 2025) claims that before the 2023 elections, Mateusz Morawiecki privately stated his top political goal was to take over PiS, and if that failed, to found a new party by pulling around forty MPs out of the party.
