An American father tortured his 7-year-old son with a Taser during family dinners, shocking him whenever he dropped from a push-up position. The parents also repeatedly threatened their 4-year-old daughter with the Taser. The father has now been sentenced for the abuse, which police described as systematic mistreatment of both children.
