US Senate likely to vote on CLARITY Act in September

A new draft of the CLARITY Act has been published, merging proposals from the Senate Banking and Agriculture Committees. For the first time, the bill includes provisions on ethical conduct by senior US officials. A Senate vote on the cryptocurrency market regulation bill is expected to take place in September.
