Polish consumer watchdog opens proceedings against Columbus Energy
Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) has launched proceedings against Columbus Energy, a company specialising in heat pump, photovoltaic and energy storage installations. The watchdog cited potential irregularities in the company's dealings with customers, stating consumers must not be left in the dark about what they are buying. Columbus Energy said it has already taken steps to eliminate any potential ambiguities.
