EU hydrogen policy fails on both climate and competitiveness, analyst warns
Analyst Kamil Krakowski argues that the EU's hydrogen strategy is failing on two fronts: it neither meaningfully cuts emissions nor strengthens economic competitiveness. He says EU climate policy should be judged by results, not the number of strategy documents produced. Without a course correction, market economics will override the strategy, he warns.
