Wolff downbeat after Hungary GP: Mercedes always playing catch-up

Mercedes Team Principal Toto Wolff admitted after the Hungarian Grand Prix that the Silver Arrows spent the entire weekend playing catch-up against their ever-improving rivals. Wolff was visibly downbeat about the team's performance at the Hungaroring.
