"ShareRoot" Exploit Let Claude Cowork Escape Mac Sandbox and Access All Files

Security researchers demonstrated that Claude Cowork could escape the macOS sandbox via an exploit called ShareRoot. The attack allowed an attacker to read and write files anywhere on the Mac and access login credentials for online services. Around 500,000 Mac users had their co-work sessions exposed, and some remain vulnerable today.
