Knife attacker wounds three women in Paris, detained by off-duty police officer

A man attacked three women with two kitchen knives in the Porte de Clichy area in northern Paris on Monday at around 11:30am. The victims, aged 19, 24 and 36, were taken to hospital. An off-duty police officer detained the attacker; French interior minister Laurent Nuñez confirmed the incident.
